Flash drive comes with 12 Month Warranty, starting from date on Purchase Invoice. Which only covers corrupted memory. The unit will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be given within 10 business days. Oz.Trades are not liable for loss of information due to corrupted memory.

Warranty Void if the unit has physical damage.

• We accept item returns only if it is not exactly as described in the listing.
• Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the items or return will not be accepted.
• Once returns authorisation is given, item must be returned within 10 days.
• Returned items must be in its original condition and packaging, otherwise it will not be accepted.
• The cost of return shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• The returned items will be inspected and if faulty, it will either be replaced where possible or a refund will be given within 10 business days.
• Please note shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• If the returned item is found to be working, you will be charged an inspection fee of $20.00 and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense
